The ground-breaking Document Management solution
The physical management of all the information flowing in and out of an office is becoming a serious issue – one that requires a serious solution; a solution that can take data and turn it into business knowledge.
FileVision TM is one of the most powerful and complete file management systems available today. With it, you can manage all of your corporate assets centrally and without constraint of geographical location.
Used as a central repository for all of your documents, such as word-processing, emails, faxes and scanned images, Filevision TM soon pays for itself by cutting out the masses of time spent laboriously filing or searching for something you may never find.
The Right Information
to the Right Person
in the Right Place
at the Right Time
FileVision TM runs on the Jade Object Oriented 32 bit processor. It is an industrial strength database that enables quick and easy integration with Microsoft products, such as Office and SQL Server. The repository of documents is protected by encryption to achieve full legal audit capability. Documents can be time stamped, enhanced with overlays and virtual rubber stamps but the original remains inviolate, without affecting the legal status. Close compatibility with Outlook allows incoming emails and faxes to be filed directly into the FileVision TM filing structure by the use of macros. Documents can be easily emailed out.
A tight security sub-system allows confidentiality between departments and staff assigned to different levels of authority. The Jade thin-client software allows scanned images to be viewed across a WAN or via the Web. Web browser modules allow document searching via the Web.
Comprehensive key-word and full text search facilities allow documents to be easily grouped and retrieved. The document viewer lets you pan, zoom and rotate images. FileVision TM allows you to take control of your documents.
